剑桥雅思4里的几个问题

Test2-Q23：为什么答案是YES不是NOTGIVEN?原文只说是thosesurveyedhadexperienced...没提是不是allthepatients.这题这么绝对,文中又没直接强调,为啥还能是YES?

Test3-Q7：我写的是shoeshining,答案是shoeshine.而同一栏里其他typeofproject也都是名词形式,如courierservice,settingupsmallbusinesses.为什么答案这么个别而且不符合常理?

Test4-Q2021：D选项为什么不对?

Test4-Q38：文中对应句子是...presentconcernaboutthedistributionofhealth-careresourcesstemsfromthedramaticriseinhealthcostsinmostOECDcountries,accompaniedbylarge-scaledemographicandsocialchangeswhichhavemeant,totakeoneexample,thatelderlypeoplearenowmajorconsumersofhealth-careresources.我的问题是,虽然逻辑上看是人口结构的变化对医疗费用的上升有影响,可文中只说accompaniedby...这个有影响是我们推断出来的啊,也可以毫不犹豫地打一个YES吗?
